Knee High 20-30 mmHg Compression Stockings:
If you notice some spider veins popping up, you need to start taking care of your legs.
Rose graduated compression stockings are ideal for treatment of varicose and spider veins, diabetic support, long flights, nurses, maternity, and general swelling or inflammation of the legs and feet.
We recommend you to use them every day or night. Prevent blood clots after surgery, and the results are a boost in circulation, delivering an enhanced oxygen blood flow keeping you going harder, for longer, and recovering faster.
If you are on your feet all day, and suffer from lower leg cramps and night swelling, anything less than 20 mmHg wouldn’t work for you.
Before fitting or applying compression stockings we recommend removal of all jewellery.
Place your hand inside the stocking, grasp the heel pocket and pull inside out to the heel.
Use both hands to equally pull each side out, and slide over toes and foot.
Position the rest of the stocking over your leg by pulling upward.
Use both hands to remove wrinkles.
When you wear it for the first time, you may feel the compression stockings too tight. This is normal. It is recommended to wear less than 8 hours a day, take off for 15 minutes every 2-4 hours, and gradually increase the time after one week.
Avoid hard pulling when wearing. Please trim your nails in time to prevent the stockings from being torn.
If conditions permit, we strongly recommend buying two pairs, alternately using them, which will double service life. The best washing time is two days, no more than three days because wearing a long time will affect the elastic recovery of stocking.
The stockings are about knee-high, but please note that there are individual differences in height.
We recommend moderate exercise daily, promote blood circulation, improve muscle and vein vitality, to maintain good health.
This assists in a faster recovery, aids in the reduction of muscle pain and also reduces the risk of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), Blood Clots.
