USER'S GUIDE
Thank you for purchasing our products. Please read the following instructions on how to use our products.
About product packaging:
We save on printing and packaging costs in order to keep the selling price down. Beautiful packaging is attractive, but the cost of it adds to the selling price, and it's not a good thing if it ends up being trashed after it's opened. Product descriptions are posted online so you can check them at any time.

Quality assurance:
Our products are imported directly from the contracted factories. They are not imitations. Trust is our number one priority. We send you our gratitude along with our products. Please purchase with confidence.

< How To Wear >

Knee stabilizer for patellar tendonitis – One pair (2pc):
Make sure the knee stabilizer fits around the leg by actually measuring it before you purchase. Stick it at the position of knee to leave the kneecap uncovered. Make the two elastic straps wrap from the back of the knee to the front, then stick them on the front together - as shown in the picture.
Thin Compression Knee Sleeve for Knee Pain Relief - One pair (2pc):
-
Wear on clean and dry legs.
-
Place the knee part in the proper position.
-
Lightly pull both ends to make them comfortable.
-
When you wear it for the first time, you may feel the compression sleeve too tight. This is normal. It is recommended to wear less than 8 hours a day, take off for 15 minutes every 2-4 hours, and gradually increase the time after one week.
-
Avoid hard pulling when wearing. Please trim your nails in time to prevent the sleeves from being torn.
-
If conditions permit, we strongly recommend buying two pairs, alternately using them, which will double service life. The best washing time is two days, no more than three days because wearing a long time will affect the elastic recovery of sleeves.
Gel Bunion Shields With Toe Separator – One pair (2pc):
-
It’s very simple to use, just slip over your big toe and 2nd toe. It keeps your skin from rubbing against the side of the shoe.
-
Put the bunion shields on and then put socks on over your feet. Your feet will stay comfortable all day.
-
To clean them, just rinse them in the sink with warm soapy water. We recommend you wear the pair overnight during sleep times. This is a great bunion corrector for men and women for bunion care.
Compression Foot & Ankle Sleeves for Plantar Fasciitis – One pair (2pc):
-
Wear on clean and dry feet.
-
Place the heel part in the proper position.
-
Lightly pull both ends to make them comfortable.
-
If this is your first time wearing compression sleeves, take off for 15 minutes every 2-4 hours, and gradually increase the time after one week.
-
You wear socks over the compression sleeves if needed. Your feet will stay comfortable all day.

We suggest all women who are pregnant wear these sleeves. They will make your feet feel so much better.
Knee High 20-30 mmHg Compression Stockings:
-
Before fitting or applying compression stockings we recommend removal of all jewellery.
-
Place your hand inside the stocking, grasp the heel pocket and pull inside out to the heel.
-
Use both hands to equally pull each side out, and slide over toes and foot.
-
Position the rest of the stocking over your leg by pulling upward.
-
Use both hands to remove wrinkles.
